WALNUT AND TAPIOCA CRACKER

These crackers are perfect replacement for bread and regular pastry. Why is it so good for you?  They taste amazing, just like some salty pretzels. They are super healthy and rich with fibre. They do not contain gluten, milk or eggs they are also grain free. 



Ingredients:

                 250g tapioca
                 200g flax seeds
                 200g ground walnuts
                 50g ground sesame seeds
                 50g ground hemp seeds
                 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
                 1L water
                 Salt


Procedure:

Soak tapioca in 1L of water overnight or for several hours. Drain excess liquid, and mash the mixture with fork. Mix tapioca with other ingredients and season it with salt according to taste. 

Use a spoon to put the mixture on a baking sheet, form cracker shape with wet hands. Bake them on 200°C for 15-25 minutes or until they get crispy. (Depending on how thick they are)



Serving:


Crackers can be eaten alone or with a combination of roasted and raw vegetables and meat. It can completely replace bread. On this picture you can see a sandwich with roasted mushrooms and pepper, fresh radicchio and lettuce.
